Just one month after joining Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura for the 2 Bears 5K at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, Jelly Roll is making strides in his fitness journey.
“I’m probably down 70-something pounds,” the 39-year-old shared with PEOPLE. “I’ve been really kicking ass, man.”
Jelly Roll’s healthy workout routine
His routine includes rigorous cardiovascular exercise, averaging two to three miles per day, four to six days a week. Jelly Roll also incorporates 20 to 30-minute sauna sessions and daily six-minute cold plunge immersions. Coupled with a commitment to healthy eating, his efforts are yielding tangible results and a renewed sense of vitality.
“I feel really good,” he expressed. “I plan on losing another 100, 100-and-something [pounds]. If I feel this good down this weight, man, I can only imagine what I’m going to feel like by the time I go on tour.”
