In a remarkable kickoff to the year, recording artist Hannah Ellis unveils her highly-anticipated debut album, “That Girl.”
Following a successful career of writing hits for various artists and consistently delivering new singles, Ellis presents a full-length musical journey with “That Girl,” featuring 13 original tracks, all co-written by the Kentucky native.
To celebrate the album’s release, Ellis will grace the iconic Opry Circle on January 20, sharing the stage with revered Opry member Crystal Gayle and other distinguished artists. Her musical journey extends to the 2024 C2C Festival in Berlin, Germany, with performances on March 2 and March 3, followed by club dates in Cologne on March 5 and Munich on March 6. The international CD/vinyl release of “That Girl” is scheduled for March 1 in the UK and Europe.
“That Girl” showcases Ellis as an open book, delving into her small-town roots, real-life romance, and newfound artistic voice. From the clever wordplay of the radio single “Karma On The Rocks” to the raw vulnerability of “Someone Else’s Heartbreak,” the album offers a diverse range of Ellis’ songwriting talent.
Reflecting on the significance of her debut album, Ellis shares, “They say you spend your whole life writing for your first record, and I think that’s true. I cannot wait to share these songs with you.”
